Following the health restrictions related to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the publication of the call for applications for study grants abroad for the year 2020 has been suspended.
The Fondazione Ing. Aldo Gini, based at the University of Padua, announces scholarships for study abroad for a total amount of 125,000 euros, in accordance with the procedures set out below.
The scholarships, intended to support for a period not exceeding one year those who wish to undertake a period of study and/or advanced training abroad of at least six months, preferably at Universities belonging to the Coimbra Group network, other research institutions with which an academic agreement exists with the University of Padua, or Universities ranked in the top 100 positions of the Shanghai Ranking, are open to Italian citizens who, by the application deadline, have not reached the age of 30 and who meet one of the following requirements:
- graduates of second-cycle degree courses, specialist degree courses and courses under the prior degree course regulations in subjects within the scientific fields of Agricultural Sciences, Engineering or Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences, offered exclusively or jointly by the School of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, School of Engineering and School of Science of the University of Padua;
- graduates of second-cycle degree courses, specialist degree courses and courses under the prior degree course regulations in subjects within the scientific fields of Agricultural Sciences, Engineering or Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences, offered exclusively or jointly by the School of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, School of Engineering and School of Science, and enrolled in the schools or PhD courses of the University of Padua considered to be of scientific interest for at least one of the three above-mentioned Schools;
- graduates of second-cycle degree courses, specialist degree courses and courses under the prior degree course regulations in subjects within the scientific fields of Agricultural Sciences, Engineering or Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences, offered exclusively or jointly by the School of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, School of Engineering and School of Science, and who have obtained a research doctorate qualification from the University of Padua considered to be of scientific interest for at least one of the three above-mentioned Schools.
